PURO Kraków Kazimierz

Beautiful hotel, with lots of cosy indoor and outdoor areas to relax in. The bedroom was clean and very spacious, with a very comfortable bed (pillow options available), great shower, coffee pod machine and There was free water and hot drinks for the hotel guests in the lounge area, which was very welcome after a day exploring. Professional and helpful staff in the Mak cafe, Halicka bar and restaurant and on reception made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We also ate in both the restaurant and cafe and were very impressed. The location was good for getting around and exploring the Kazimierz and Old Town with the added bonus of free bike hire for guests. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Krakow.

It was a really good hotel. Not close to the old town but it is accessible with tram or a 20 min walk. Close to the old Jewish quarter which also has good restaurant options (especially plac Nowy). Also close to the river embankment for a nice stroll. The standard room was quite comfortable. The partial sun roof was a nice touch. Downstairs café was quite chill and the food there was really good. They provide bikes with limited amounts which is also convenient.

Everything, really. The staff is very helpful and nice. The design of the rooms is modern and with very good taste, I would 100% buy that furniture for home! The bed is super comfortable, and if you don’t like the pillows, you have the option to change for free for harder or softer ones. The spa zone is small, but very well maintained. We had a couples massage, and it was amazing and relaxing. It is great after a day of visiting to go to the sauna and relax. The saunas are open until 10 pm, which is great. The tablet in the room is super nice, but you can also control the lightning the classical way, which I think is helpful for people that are not super technical. We had room service, and the food is out of this world! The portions are pretty small, but the taste is AMAZING. Comparable to fine dining restaurants. The location is PERFECT. Walking distance: 10 min from the train station to the airport (40 min max to the airport), 20 minutes from the center of the old town, 10 minutes from amazing restaurants, right in the middle of the jewish neighbourhood with great sights around. Would 100% be back.

Location was excellent. Within the Kazimierz but in a quiet location. Puro is really well designed hotel both in form and function. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out. Easy to cast Netflix etc on the room TV. The free tea and coffee is cafe/restaurant quality. The sauna and steam room are also top quality. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and never overcrowded. The icing on the cake are the staff and they were all fantastic in their roles. This is a wonderful hotel and easily one of the best my wife and I have ever stayed in.

Hotel is modern & comfortable. Breakfast was fresh & has a wide selection. Also able to order some more specific items from the waiter. Staff were all so helpful & pleasant. Bakery/cafe is very nice for a relaxing coffee & maybe a snack. Highly recommend the food! At first glance the hotel appears to be away from bars & night life but Kazimierz district has a lovely buzz even on a Monday. If you find your way to the restaurants & bars. We visited Kuchnia u Doroty (ul. Augustianska 4). Pretty family restaurant for typical Polish, local cuisine done well. Then go to Plac Nowy for bars. Hotel staff recommended free walking tour which was great. Just tip what you feel it was worth.
