PURO Kraków Kazimierz

Beautiful hotel, with lots of cosy indoor and outdoor areas to relax in. The bedroom was clean and very spacious, with a very comfortable bed (pillow options available), great shower, coffee pod machine and There was free water and hot drinks for the hotel guests in the lounge area, which was very welcome after a day exploring. Professional and helpful staff in the Mak cafe, Halicka bar and restaurant and on reception made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We also ate in both the restaurant and cafe and were very impressed. The location was good for getting around and exploring the Kazimierz and Old Town with the added bonus of free bike hire for guests. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Krakow.

Loved the bed, huge and comfortable, pillows were fluffy -with option to change for hard pillows if preferred. Location is excellent-lots of restaurants, pubs within walking distance. Schlinder Factory 15 minutes walk away, shopping centre 8 minutes walk away. Staff were friendly, professional, ordered doctor for us when needed. Food in restaurant in hotel was just fabulous. Rarely bother with hotel food but did lunch first day for convenience and just loved the food. Had dinner and breakfast at hotel too, and it was absolutely delicious. Coffee machine for general use was great also.-could get decent coffee/hot chocolate at any time of day.

My deluxe room was wonderful, I loved everything about my room and my shower. Extremely clean and comfortable, very spacious. Best buffet breakfast selection ever. The choice, freshness, quality and chefs cook to order. Impressive.

Everything, really. The staff is very helpful and nice. The design of the rooms is modern and with very good taste, I would 100% buy that furniture for home! The bed is super comfortable, and if you don’t like the pillows, you have the option to change for free for harder or softer ones. The spa zone is small, but very well maintained. We had a couples massage, and it was amazing and relaxing. It is great after a day of visiting to go to the sauna and relax. The saunas are open until 10 pm, which is great. The tablet in the room is super nice, but you can also control the lightning the classical way, which I think is helpful for people that are not super technical. We had room service, and the food is out of this world! The portions are pretty small, but the taste is AMAZING. Comparable to fine dining restaurants. The location is PERFECT. Walking distance: 10 min from the train station to the airport (40 min max to the airport), 20 minutes from the center of the old town, 10 minutes from amazing restaurants, right in the middle of the jewish neighbourhood with great sights around. Would 100% be back.

My deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable and the shower superb, but my sons deluxe room was even bigger.. I wowed. The Breakfast choices were amazing, best I have ever seen or tasted in a hotel. The location was quite good, if you were arriving by train, the station is practically opposite, walkable to town, the parking is public on street pay meters, if you can find a place, but much cheaper than the hotel rate.
