PURO Kraków Kazimierz

Very friendly and attentive staff, a relaxed atmosphere, and an excellent breakfast with local specialties. The hotel is tastefully designed, warmly furnished, and simply charming. The staff were very courteous and always helpful. There is a lively bar with a pleasant vibe, free coffee drinks in the lobby, and water in the room, as well as a small fridge, which is especially convenient on warm days. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the sauna was very good. The city center can be easily reached on foot, by public transport, or by taxi. The location in the Kazimierz district is perfect. The overall hotel concept is thoughtful and consistent, and I felt very comfortable there. It is truly a special place that I am always looking for and rarely find.

Beautiful hotel, with lots of cosy indoor and outdoor areas to relax in. The bedroom was clean and very spacious, with a very comfortable bed (pillow options available), great shower, coffee pod machine and There was free water and hot drinks for the hotel guests in the lounge area, which was very welcome after a day exploring. Professional and helpful staff in the Mak cafe, Halicka bar and restaurant and on reception made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We also ate in both the restaurant and cafe and were very impressed. The location was good for getting around and exploring the Kazimierz and Old Town with the added bonus of free bike hire for guests. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Krakow.

Loved the bed, huge and comfortable, pillows were fluffy -with option to change for hard pillows if preferred. Location is excellent-lots of restaurants, pubs within walking distance. Schlinder Factory 15 minutes walk away, shopping centre 8 minutes walk away. Staff were friendly, professional, ordered doctor for us when needed. Food in restaurant in hotel was just fabulous. Rarely bother with hotel food but did lunch first day for convenience and just loved the food. Had dinner and breakfast at hotel too, and it was absolutely delicious. Coffee machine for general use was great also.-could get decent coffee/hot chocolate at any time of day.

It was overall a pleasant experience, but I did expect a bit more given the glowing reviews I had read beforehand. On a positive note, the restaurant had delicious food, and the bakery downstairs was definitely the highlight. I had the best cardamom roll I’ve ever! It’s definitely worth a try! The Hotel had its pros,but I think the high expectations from the reviews set me up for a slightly different experience. But overall, I’d still recommend it for the great food and cozy ambiance.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The facilities at the hotel were outstanding making the stay that much more comfortable - including the 24/7 coffee in the lobby, the amazing breakfast served every morning, and the bakery. I did not get a chance to use the gym/spa but I'm sure that was great too. Highly recommend this hotel. I coupled this with a stay in the Old Town so that I could experience both neighborhoods of Kamierez and Old Town. Travelers should just be aware that this is a bit on the outskirts but pretty much everything is within 20-minute walking distance. I found Kazmierez to be a very charming place to stay and I loved it.
